Admission
1. Application for admission must be submitted on the printed and prescribed form obtained from the
school on payment of Rs. 300/-.
2. Students for the class Nursery are admitted on the basis of interview only but students seeking
admission to K.G. section have to appear in a written test or interview if considered necessary.
Parents are expected to be present at the time of interview for the admission of the child.
.3. The minimum age of admission in nursery is 2.6 (+) years.
4. It is necessary to submit the Birth Certificate at the time of admission as per academic norm.
5. The date specified failing which the admission may be canceled.
6. In all matters pertaining to admission, decision of the Principal will be final. The Principal may reject
any application without assigning any reason to it.
Withdrawal
1. Every application for a Leaving Certificate shall be made in writing by the parent/guardian on the prescribed form.
2. A Leaving Certificate will not be issued unless all the dues are cleared. Those who will leave in the month of April will pay the fee for
months May and June as well.
3. The issue of T.C. implies that all dues to and from the school is completely cleared.
School Timing
The school usually runs for 6 hours a day, but duration and timing may very during winter and summer seasons which will be duly notified from time to time to parents / guardians through notice. & on app.
The academic year is divided into two terms : Summer Term Timing : April to October - 08:00 am to 01:00 pm
Winter Term Timing : November to March - 09:00 am to 02:00 pm
Attendance
1. A regular attendance is important condition for a succcessful working. A prior written application for a leave must be submitted well in
advance, incase of illness and other unforeseen circumstances parents/guardian should inform the Principal in writing as soon as possible.
75% attendance is compulsory for the child to be eligible for exams/tests.
2. The name of any student who is absent for 10 days without information shall be struck off the roll. On re-admission fee of Rs. 200/- will be
charged.
3. Every student must be regular three consecutive days on the opening of the school after each vacation, otherwise his/her name will be
struck off from the rolls.
4. Each child is required to be present for 75 percent of the school days as a perquisite condition for promotion.
